First things first— wow!

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, I can tell you that Melissa is simply the best. We met during an open house and she answered SO many of our questions that we were just floored by her knowledge of the area, properties and services. We decided to have her be our Realtor, and what a great decision that was!

Melissa checked in on us often during the process of purchasing our amazing (squeal!) home. She was always there to answer questions, make suggestions and keep us informed in what was happening and what to expect next. She truly is caring and obviously loves to do what she does… it reflects in the way she manages her business and clients like us.

If anyone ever mentioned they were buying a house, Melissa’s name would be the first one to come out of our mouth! She truly made our experience amazing— we are very lucky to say that we don't have a horror story when it comes to buying a house.

CAPITOL HILL

Should have written this review months ago, but it turns out that moving is a lot of work! :)

When we started the process, Melissa asked my spouse and I to describe our dream home, and we laughed. We knew we'd never be able to afford our dream home in Seattle's crazy market! But we told her anyway-  a place in Capitol Hill, at least 2 bedrooms and 1,000 sq feet, off-street parking...if we were really going with "dreams" a view of the water? And our budget was only $400k, impossible. Melissa managed to find us a unit in a co-op with ALL of those things! She even took us to see the place for the first time when she was sick with the flu because she didn't want us to miss out on it. I got my dream home thanks to her!

Working with Melissa on the sale of our rental townhouse was such a great experience. Ethical, knowledgeable, hard working, creative, driven and truly cares about her clients. Melissa Harris was an absolutely perfect advocate for me and my husband for purchasing our current home. This is our second home, yet, she made our entire experience so special that it felt like we were purchasing our first. She pulled out the red carpet for us.
